I love you, God-
you make me strong.
God is bedrock under my feet,
the castle in which I live,
my rescuing knight.

hiding behind the boulders,
safe in the granite hideout.

For me it happened in 2006. An onslaught of challenges and relationships changes, our character and integrity questioned. It was an exciting place of new ministry with the start of Oak Pointe Church, but the ranks of the Enemy’s soldiers came in dark and menacing with whispered accusations designed to mentally, emotionally, and spiritually knock me off my feet. Our trip to Costa Rica is one we will never forget or regret. Mike and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, the most adventurous trip we had taken in our married lives.
